Volume two of the Shadow of the Padishah is at the printer ....
It will shortly be available on Amazon.com - ISBN 0971816417 - in paperback initially, followed by a hardcover edition.
Also, Karl May's Autobiography should be completed in July and hopefully will make it to the printer in that month as well.
I have a very personal book to complete by September this year and then I will be working on Oriental Odyssey III - Travel Adventures in Kurdistan - As you know, I am working from the serialized publications, so my third book will actually be the second half of the second book (as they are published now).
I am also making a concerted effort to promote Karl May and his writings in the USA - we will be presented at the Minnesota German Heritage Festival in July of this year.
The initial investigation of the introduction of Karl May's writings into the German courses at both schools and universities is proceeding well - at least the initial response was good and we hope it will get better when we introduce the comparative versions of our translations.
I will keep you informed when the second volume is released.
